In QIWI Wallet, restrictions on payments, transfers and the allowable balance on the balance are established by law.

The “Minimum” status is given to you automatically when registering a QIWI Wallet.

Get the "Basic" or "Professional" status to remove all restrictions: you can buy on foreign sites, transfer money to other wallets, bank cards or through money transfer systems.

  4. Fill out the form with information about yourself: full name, date of birth and passport details. Additionally, a TIN or SNILS number may be required.
