Electronic payment systems provide network users with unique opportunities.     The user will need to fill out a "ticket" as follows: specify a phone number, enter a valid email address and compose a message with a request to close the account and delete personal data, including information about all financial transactions. This will be enough to abandon the Qiwi payment system.
    Within a day, a letter will be sent to the email address, which will contain detailed information about the transfer of your request to the postal address of the system security service.
    The security service may ask you to provide scans of your passport and a copy of the contract. The user is not obliged to send them, since the request was made from the personal account of the "Qiwi" system.
